Where do you buy logs. Haven't really found any
well… I sorta may or may not have them thrown in a crate or 2 from shipping my tools from a place called Texas … but that would be telling… u can get hickory/mesquite etc in 20lb sacks pre split at home hardware but $50 each it’s expensive but honestly hickory is the best over mesquit/apple/cherry/oak…. personal preference

Little sad because this is probably the last q on my Vermont that I’ve had for 18 years, rust has got hold of the burner mounts and not much holding it together anymore.

Guess I get to go shopping

Try 2-2-0.5

Or 2.5, 2, .05

I use to do baby backs because i didnt know the difference but I have since switched to side ribs and spend a little time trimming. 100% a better rib hamds down

Yeah I do 2.5-1.5-0.75, don't come out overcooked like 3-2-1 does.

Haven't tried side ribs yet, everything I've ever read said back ribs are better, will have to give the side ribs a try.
