Barbecue Season(Show me your Supper)

Doing a brisket since 10 this morning slow cooked on the Traeger and should be ready for supper that smoker is something else never would of bought one but the wife won it last year and we never use our gas barbecue

Cleaned out the freezer in the camper, now I got some eaten too Doo!

Did up a nice rib loin tonight for a family get together. 12 pound loin. Cut myself 6 nice steaks off the end then smoked the rest. 3.5hrs at 240 then rest for 30 wrapped at 110. Cranked grill to 600 and threw back on to reverse seer till 125 then wrapped and into a cooler till supper. This was the best roast I’ve ever tasted!
