21 lb prime rib last week in Kelowna! First time in 3 years , I was the only one making smoke vs the fires!
Russian garlic butter crust. Turned out great. But hard to bbq in 40c heat.

The Canadian distribution warehouse for pit boss, Louisiana, and a few others is in Edmonton.

It might not be the same deal I got but they will sell to the public. There is a show room to see them and have every thing in stock but they no real sales attendants. If you get the right guy you can get a hood deal.

I researched these griddles intensely, and have heard nothing but good things. So I said to heck with it and pulled the trigger on a 3 burner model. The 2 burner model was what I would have liked, but they are going for the same price as the 3 burner model and hard to come by. Also noticed the 2 burner was on sale on PB.com but looks like they have discounted it for the end of summer sale. It was not that much off really. So I opted for the 3 burner and grabbed 1 as I seen they were 649$Usd, Can't wait to put it to the test on vacation as I will be leaving the Q at home and taking this Bad Boy.:)

I bought a 4 burner camp chef last year for at the lake. Just love it. Sure like the looks of the pit boss. Nice to have a lid on it for sure. Probably would have bought one if I didn't have the other already.

I had an argument with a drunk ex sobeys meat cutter last night at my brother's bachelor party haha.

We had really nice "ribeyes" that were tied up. I've never seen a ribeye tied up and I eat a good amount of meat. He said that I'm not getting a real rib eye then.

Anyone know because every rib eye I've seen in person or on TV or YouTube all look the same

Was he talking about a ribeye cap? Those are tied together, and are the cap cut from a ribeye. Many argue that they are better than a tenderloin steak.
