Bbq is fun but, they turn out better this way.
I boil them quickly from frozen, cut them in half ad spice and butter and finish in the oven at 450. So good.
And they kinda look like bugs and thats good for the ozone layer.

I have 3 different kinds of smokers right now but I do use the tube to cold smoke cheese, butter and salt.Do you actually find they work? I bought a smoke tube too, never noticed it did much to the meat for smoke flavor. Bought a portable country smoker from UFA for $300 and not going back.

They won't replace a good smoker if you do your steaks hot and fast in a couple minutes, you won't get any flavor.
Smoke some butter in the fall, put that on your steak, potatoes, seafood or even popcorn. A-maze-ing
Got my griddle home, christen it with some bacon for some cheeeeeeeeeese burgers and dogs!
...it isn't blood and if it runs everywhere, you didn't let your meat rest long enough.
