Put a team secondary on, no clunking & works well, problem solved.

Well if your buddy is a service manager and he says no questions, give him your vin and get him to send you a new clutch.

Or replace secondary with a team tied clutch and the bonus is that you'll gain about 8mph or so track speed. I run one on my 2012 M8 162 and it works amazing.

I put a Dalton green/silver spring in my secondary and WOW what a world of difference. She is an are ripper now pulled hard. It cost me 30.00 bucks for new spring cheap but i am not saying the team secondary is a waist of money but saying i am very happy with my 30buck spring change!!!! LOL

Been having this same problem too and no one knows why and no one wants to tinker with it.. Bah hum bug. Sounds so ghetto! :(

Me again! sick of me yet?

Call Mark @ T&T order his "get r dun" kit, changes out 1 gear in the gear box to a 20 tooth, the spring in both clutches.... had them do this to PowderGirls and she's loving the changes.

If your belt is too loose your clutches will clunk when you engage them. Check your deflection. Make your belt as tight as you can with out squealing at idle and your clunking should go away.

I just had my secondary shimmed, I'm not sure but does that tighten the belt at all? .. They had said it was too tight and that's why I was having a tough time starting it cause it wouldn't idle without giving it some gas.

This sled is becoming to be a hassle, but I don't know if it's the sleds or the people I am taking it to..

Seen 7 mph with just a torsional up grade. And now have engine breaking. This is a 4 stroke.
