You can buy the prefilter socks online; K&N make them, Outwears,... Just find the size you want and adjust your intake length accordingly. I have a couple with me in the sled just in case one tears while out on the mountain. The intake I made is about half the size of the CR Racing one and haven't had any intake issues in the past 3 seasons with it.
