i'vew been thinking about buying a old uhaul and turning it into a sled hauler.
has the pop out over the cab for more storage. could easily pop a few windows in, a man door, and probably not to hard if you buy a newer one to swap tranny and add trans case to make it a 4X4???
would have to paint it, and would probably still be cheaper then a enclosed??

Dude in town has his old Snap-On truck for sale - It's a cab over GMC but looks like a Hino with a decent sized van style body and a lift gate set-up. It could be converted to a sled hauler but it's not a 4x4.
