Ya, but does it come in MEN'S???

Yes Pilo & Tex. I said my Ford Ranger FX4 4x4.

It the exact truck I wanted. It fits my needs perfectly.
There were some options I wanted that just aren't available in any Ranger.
But that's not a huge concern.

I don't want a crew cab cause I don't want to be asked for a ride home from anyone.
I don't need a long box, at this point.
With a small normal sized lift, my truck is just as capable in the mud as anyone else's who isn't scared to put their rig in the mud.
I don't have a sled or a lawn tractor or a SxS or a boat to tow. So I don't need anything bigger.
It's capable of dragging a 2540kg trailer.

So for now. This is the BEST TRUCK for me.

Oh also being 60 GRAND in debt wasn't a thought that was going to get me wet.

As in Men's sizes?.

You're saying I a bigger, heavier more expensive truck would be better?

The 6 personal reasons why the ranger is perfect for me aren't good enough?

I don't know CUSO, So that silver Kenworth on the dodge chassis is better then your tiny pile of junk.

Even then the kenworth is crap compared to a International CXT or a Ford F-750.

Bigger is better? does that go for your big helmet with the tiny brain inside?

60k in debt, i only paid 19k for my titan, and trust me i take abuse too for buyin a 2wd titan, but my only issue with a ranger is the simple fact you can get an f150, for nearly the same price that actually gets better milage, has a far more comfortable drive, better capacities for if you do decide to get a sled, sxs, ect. so you dont have to get a new truck to go with it, you can get f150 regular cabs (so you dont have to drive people home) i actually almost baught a ranger a while back, nice trucks but i couldnt justify paying the money for the fx4 when the f150 was actually cheaper in my case.....didnt end up buying either....but thats becides the point......you like your truck thats all that matter, just when it comes to the ranger i have never quite understood. to each they're own. not trying to bash you just giving my personal opinion.

BUT what kinds douche doesnt give a guy a ride home? lol

Your reasons only need to matter to you. Do you really care what CUSO or anyone else thinks about your choice of vehicle?

Im gonna jack this thread as its easier than starting my own. I want opinions of this truck:

too many miles?
I talked to the dealer which is in a small town near me, he said he sold it originally and the farmer came in and bought a new F150. He said its immaculate and always had repair work dealer done. What ya guys think?

197Km is nothing on a diesel... nice truck other than the fact that it's fleet white, I like a little personality in my truck but wtf if the price is right....

Cyle won't like the fact that it's an auto, or a ford for that matter.... in fact if it's not a pre-2007 dodge 6-speed it can hardly be called a truck at all....

Is it reconditioned (full inspection) and is there any waranty (3mos/replacement etc)

I bought mine private sale, it's a lot older but in immacualte shape, great price, but after I bought it it needed $3500 front end work...still ened up a good deal but the $3500 was unexpected...

Just my opinion but I wouldn't touch a six liter ford diesel unless they were giving it away

I have had 3 6.0 for company trucks and all would have brankrupted me stay away unless you got a spare cummins to drop in the frame rails and then you got a truck.

I have a 2010 Chev Silverado with a 6.2L 6 speed auto it gets 23mpg on gas and 22.5mpg on propane. I added the propane system myself. Look at all trucks you can and try to get the best deal you can. These days all trucks are good you just have to get the best deal. My truck is carbon metalic it does show all dirt and scratches. Take a hard look at the color I would not go too dark again looks good when clean, But dirty looks bad. only my 2 cent worth....

Wow really? 23 MPG? I have found some used ones but stayed away due to talking to a few owners of these trucks, and most are saying 16MPG....but I know that engine has some good punch so maybe they can't stay outta the throttle. I don't drive fast, and was getting 18MPG out of a 6.0L 2500 2wd. What axle ratio does your truck have?

Well I'm down sizing a bit. I'm replacing my 2006 F350 diesel. I don't need the payload or the 8 foot box any more. I have a 2011 F150 Ecoboost with the max tow package on order. It should be here at the end of the month. I do mostly highway commuting and I'm going to be pulling a 27x7 enclosed trailer on occasion. Can't wait to get it. It should be a good truck for me.
