Now trying to figure out some kind of rear windshield to stop the mud from coming into the cab from the back ???? The snorkels are getting in the way though

Polaris has a "mesh" for the rear of the ACE, maybe they make something the same for the RZR?

Shanx , will check it out .

You could also buy some screen door material from the local hardware store for bout $10 and some zip ties. Might be a little redneck, but hey cheap and does the same job.
I just setup a screen protector for the boys in the back of the 4 seater
It's kinda hard to see in the pics but looks decent. I did this with sticky back Velcro for easy removability and so that I can open it up to get the kids on and out.

I wonder how durable it will be, what kind of abuse it will stand up to.... mind you for the price of a roll of it, if you have to replace it a few times a year, its no big deal.

The two windows with an opening in the centre allows you to use your rear view mirror and let's the dust out. If you go solid , you will regret tine cause of dust mud and visibility. 1/8 clear plastic .
Can be cut and drilled and shaped with heat gun rather easily .....just make a cardboard template and reverse for other side....
they work great !

Any tricks to cutting the lexan ??

when I put lexan windows in the old holiday trailer I made a "cutting guide" with some 1x4 and got a really good utility knife, scored the line several times and then carefully snapped it off, you can always clean it up afterwards with sand paper, a grinder or a dremel.

Jig saw and a belt sander for the corners ... I am not sure it's lex an but it is the clear plastic they sell at home depot ...etc.
1/8 inch , can bend with a heat gun...,,

caution : dont drill your holes to close to the edge , 3/4 inch away minimum

I like "DIRTY" but those terminators throw chunks of mud the size if your fist through the back and down your neck
