Got rid of the old stiff stock leafs /shackles and replaced with Carli leafs and Thuren shackles!
Only broke the bottom shock bolts!
Sits a little high in the back but it hasn’t left the shop yet so we will see if it settles down. I’m set in the 3/4” hole on the shackle. Big thanks to the boys for all their help, being off for knee surgery, can’t lift much but with the lift and couple ratchet straps it’s only took 4-5 hours.

Wow i'm shocked Thuren is still around. It's been so many years and maybe they improved, but his stuff use to be garbage. Thuren/Carli sure have good advertising because they charge a fortune for the same parts as everyone else, unless things have changed a lot. I ran a Carli in my old 04 for a few months before I tore it out, it was all hype.

Surprisingly it's in really good shape. Appears to have been carbon deposits causing the rings to pass. Walls look good

Just finished up my birthday gift for my 5 year old daughter. Wall mounted desk for colouring, her favorite thing to do. Chalkboard paint on the front and the main desk as well.
