Spray a little carb cleaner in the air filter. Will start fine. That and sea foam in the fuel.

I did the environmentally thing and dumped the gas out on the gravel outside the shop and put new in

When you drain the fuel or run them out of fuel at the end of the year, give them three good pulls to clear the pilot jet as well.

Just use shell premium for the mix, with some fuel stabilizer every 6 months, and don’t worry about it. Chainsaw, weed eater, and leaf blower start first or second pull all the time. I usually go through a 5L batch of mixed gas every 2 years - sometimes every year if I use the chainsaw lots, but lately it’s been at least 2 years for it. Maybe I’ve just been lucky...
