It is a small % of peeps that were doing this, BUT i hope that every last one gets caught and as far as i'm concerned they should be put in leg shackles and made to go dowtown vancouver and clean up all the mess. And if there bosses aren't gonna give them the time off to do it(if they even have jobs) then they should've thought about that before hand. If they make there be a conciquence for the action then people will think twice before doing it again, no consiquence then they just go oh well why not.

Easy way to find all the people. Estimate the damage and make all the people caught pay for their share. Once you got a few, the rest will follow quickly!

The moron rubber necks that weren't involved in the riot but stood there and watched are almost as guilty because if they'd gone home or got the hell out of there it would have been a lot easier for the cops to bust the idiots. People need to realize that in an event like that, just their presence alone is adding to the problem as the cops can't tell the bad guys from the spectators. I don't understand why anyone would want to watch that anyway, says something about their character and morals.

I agree with you, but it's pretty hard not to feed your curiousity a little. As hard as I try not to be one of "those" idiots, once in a while I have a peek at a car wreck as I drive by.

yet our justice system will fail despite video & pictoral evidence....

as an example I'd bet the guy with the rag in the police cruiser gas tank starting the fire and the chick on video lighting another cruiser on fire get less than one year combined....

yet a parent who disciplines thier child when they do something stupid could face losing thier children and jail....

Yes, it is a fawked up justice system for sure! The socialistic attitude of the judges is something else.

Somewhere, somehow, a judge has to make a point and put some consequence to the crime. A real consequence and not just some house arrest, community service, probation, etc., etc., etc.

I lived there for 10 years, I have not come across worse fans in any of my travels. They just seem to look for an excuse to riot, win or loose.

If you think for one second it was Canuck fans that did this you're terribly wrong. These scumbags were there to riot, win or lose. Canuck fans were there for the game. It was a select group of the regular dikheads that did this.

out of the estimated 100 000 people there to watch the game, i bet it was no more than 500 people total that caused the issues, most likely not even 200 really. and like said above, the ones that started it, were there just for THAT, to riot, no matter the outcome

I bet there was upwards of 3-5000 people there thrashing chit! Look how man were just in that 1 spot on the Video above. There was at least 25 different people who beat on that car. and thats one little spot.
