Thing is, most people take things I say out of context and twist the words around. The only way something like that would happen would be because of a retarded driver, not because of my driving. I drive within my abilites and comfort.....never ever had any sort of even close call besides for when another stupid driver did something to cause it. There is nothing wrong with what I do, it might not of been explained great but whatever.

As I said before, anyone who cuts off a big truck is suicidal and eventually they will loose the gamble, and no one to blame but themselves.
People that get run over by your truck are not retarded and only have you to blame when you drive one foot off there bumper dufus.

Over and out, done talking with you because as was stated earlier you indeed are an idiot.

Using words like retarded does give away your education.

Trucks is at redline at 95 km/hr ain't no speeding up more for anything. Why the hell would you drive on the centerline? I could give a fawkless if people pass me. I know what it's like to be the other way around with the slow truck in front of me, and I drive accordingly.

I am a very nice driver, unless you piss me off like cut me off or something, if that happens then I become a big a$$hole. I am the driver who will horn people, flash lights, pull up 1 inch from your bumper when you cut me off, etc. To many people do not understand how long it takes to stop, and the consequences that can result in cutting off a big truck at the wrong time, anyone who does it is suicidal in my opinion because it's only a matter of time..... If you don't drive truck, you don't understand. Nothing like coming up on a car and thinking you aren't going to stop in time, and it resulting from the idiot not paying attention, and knowing you will be at fault if you do hit them. It's great!

There it is

WTF is wrong with some truck drivers. One inch from the bumper or one foot from the bumper, you are too f'in close. I also drive trucks (Vac) with a class three license. As a truck driver class one or three you are supposed to be professional. There is a speed limit and it should be followed. Yes I like to speed, and get reminders from the office every time I'm in a company vehicle that I'm speeding because the boss will get an email from the tracking service we use. My infractions are usually where we enter into towns as we slow down at the signs but the tracking company just does a bubble of a mile on each side of town. Doing 15 under the limit is as worse as doing 15 over. If people cut me off or tailgate me yeah not to happy but not going to put myself into a situation where I am going to endanger somebodys life. So somebody needs to stop being ignorant behind the wheel and get a life. 

X2,000,000.

Even though my truck isn't monitored, I try to drive as safe as I can. My truck when empty still ways 20 tons. That's a lot of weight to be messing around with.

Carrot, untold rules of the road. It is far safer to travel at 105k than 95k. If you are doing 95k slow down to let people pass...do not speed up...ever. When coming up behind someone to pass remember 3 people are at risk, so get by that vehicle as fast as possible. Better to have a speeding ticket than a head on at 220k. Do not cause long lineups and do not travel in long line ups. And last but least, never ever travel side by side in a passing lane. Follow these rules to avoid being the jerk everyone hates on the road.

I've held a class 1 "professional" licence for 26yrs. Many miles logged under my belt so yes I've seen it all. Nothing surprises me anymore. I'm just better prepared for it. So some of the comments on this post just reassures me of the mentallity out there. Road rage and reckless endanderment for human life on all roadways is to rampant  Speed limits, solid or double solid lines, on comming traffic, none of it seems to faze anyone anymore. They just drive the way it suits their needs....screw the rest of them. The up and comming generation scares the hell out of me but I will deal with it as I stare out my windshield. So if it's strict enforcement that drives the point home...so be it. 10 over is what they seem to allow on 4 lane and 5 on a single. I can accept that. But when 30-40 comes into play, that's not acceptable. Who in their right mind would want to be liable for those life altering concequences if your lucky enough to walk away ??? Just think about it.

File # 2010-Excessive Speeding
2010-09-20 14:27 PDT

LANGLEY: As has been well publicized, the new legislation regarding excessive speed in British Columbia took effect at midnight on September the 20th.

Pursuant to section 148 of the Motor Vehicle Act, police now have the authority to impound vehicles for seven days if the driver is caught exceeding the posted speed limit by 40 km/h.

This morning starting at 6:00 a.m. Langley RCMP Traffic Services began enforcing this new law and by mid morning, five drivers had had their vehicles impounded.

These five drivers exceeded the speed limit by 50, 53, 55, 56, and 69 km/h.

Their vehicles have been impounded for seven days. In addition to the tow bill and the storage fees, they also received a violation ticket – the fine amounts ranging from $368 to $483. Drivers will receive three penalty points on their driver’s license and will have to pay an ICBC driver-risk premium of $320 per year for three years, over and above Autoplan insurance premiums. The cost of towing and storage is on average $350.

As you can easily see, excessively speeding is a very expensive proposition. With a specified penalty of $368, a driver may be required to pay additional penalties totaling over $1650. The message here is – obey the speed limit!!!!

if more people followed that advice the road would be a safer place.

You honestly had to ask that? That's like asking if you can pass on a solid yellow. Maybe you should go hand in your lisence and take the written test again, I doubt you can pass it asking questions like that. If you can't pass safely you shouldn't be trying, if you aren't sure, you shouldn't be driving.

There is plenty of reasons for SOME vehicles to drive slowly, primarly big trucks. For example the truck I drive tops out at 95 km/hr. If you can't pass them safely, get off the road, YOU are the danger. Yes there is the odd retard in a car going 80 in a 110, but that is rare.

110 km/hr speed limit sucks, but with all the shitty drivers on the road I am ok with it. Drivers suck way to much to have higher limits. Retarded people are the reason speed limits are what they are.

40 over loosing the vehicle is fine by me. That is very excessive.

Wow I like to lurk on snow and mud once in a while give out a shot or funny picture but so far it's hard to keep track of what you are an expert on, check your phone i think you missed a call from nasa........................this guy sucks.

So that us locals know, what are you going to be driving? I can look out for you and keep my distance. Some young kid with that kind of attitude is a scary thought to have behind the wheel. My son is exactly your age and he thinks he is a good driver, because he drives playstation games. He has had a rude awakening a few times by haveing close calls and us getting on his case about not paying attention. Being a good driver comes with a lot of years and miles. Good luck to you if you make it the first year without an accident, nothing serious though.
