There are people who shouldn't be left behind and there are people left behind 1000 miles ago, no point in trying to save those so far gone.......

Give the kid a break. As others have stated, he asked a simple question, that only required a simple answer.

Oh by the way. I fixed your grammar for you.

I'll take that challenge. I know I ain't no cyle, but for fawks sake man. You're the kinda truck driver I hate. If someone pulls out in front of me or cuts me off, yes I may say a few words. But there is NO reason whatsoever to ride a cars bumper. Are you Fawking retarded? Wrong on so many counts. I hope I never see you on the road.

Tell me this what does it hurt? Or should I only ride their bumper when they cut me off and I push them threw a intersection because they are to stupid to be able to pay attention? What if riding their bumper is the wake up call they need? Not likely but you never know.....

You drive how you want to, I will drive how I want to.

So you drive a 18 wheeler or a tandem. Just so we know who to watch out for.

Tandem, won't notice considering a very high majority of trucks drive 1000% more aggressive then me......I'm not even close to bad and think some of the worst ones are crazy.

Question! If that's so, why do I never see these "aggressive" drivers. Most people driving them, know how dangerous of a weapon they can be.

Ok, now I'm done. Walking away.

Maybe because you never drive? Drive once on highway 44 with the dump trucks and you will know what I am talking about. They are some of the most aggressive drivers out there. If you have never seen a aggressive big rig driver, you either don't know what one is or never drive.

They are only dangerous if driven wrong, or others drive wrong around them.

You got me. I never go anywhere. Never left the farm in my life.
Please just do us all a favour. Drive defensively. Sitting on the bumper of a car proves nothing. What if as you were rolling towards the car in front of you, your brakes fail? (yes I know, highly unlikely with an air brake system) but just use some common sense man! Please! Think about what you're doing!

Not Sure
Trucks is at redline at 95 km/hr ain't no speeding up more for anything. Why the hell would you drive on the centerline? I could give a fawkless if people pass me. I know what it's like to be the other way around with the slow truck in front of me, and I drive accordingly.

I am a very nice driver, unless you piss me off like cut me off or something, if that happens then I become a big a$$hole. I am the driver who will horn people, flash lights, pull up 1 inch from your bumper when you cut me off, etc. To many people do not understand how long it takes to stop, and the consequences that can result in cutting off a big truck at the wrong time, anyone who does it is suicidal in my opinion because it's only a matter of time..... If you don't drive truck, you don't understand. Nothing like coming up on a car and thinking you aren't going to stop in time, and it resulting from the idiot not paying attention, and knowing you will be at fault if you do hit them. It's great!

Near as I can tell from what you decribed about how you react to something you don't like you ARE a big A hole. You can't argue that as you are the one who said "I am a very nice driver, unless you piss me off like cut me off or something, if that happens then I become a big a$$hole".

You likely think you are a nice driver but are not and are most likely quite shitty which is why you drive a little dump truck instead of a B train.

You are so off the mark. But I'm not surprised since you only drive a dump truck, after reading your posts is seems your as smart as one too.

I'm unaware of the BC laws for excessive speeding. But I can vouch for the alberta laws for excessive speeding. 50 k\ph over the posted speed limit on a hiway. You don't get a "speeding ticket" you get a court date, there you get to find out about the 3month license suspension and the $900 fine. It's the cops discretion if your vehicle gets impounded on the spot. you can get your vehicle back when the impound yard is open next.

So speaking from experince, if you're young and speeding to go see a girl at 3am, the set back from dealing with the cop who cut you some slack. It will still be too late and the girl will be sleeping.

this is funny.. I'm an engineer (so in theory I am terriable at everything I do) and work downtown in an office. I also have a class 3a and can say driving both inner city and oil patch there wasn't much difficult or demanding about driving a tandem truck! At least not worthy of 5 pages of off topic bickering about... even more so if someone in a nerdy desk job like myself can pull it off with no issues.

The part of this law that really bothers me is when you come across the guy who drives between 70-90 (frustrating everyone behind) until the passing lane, then speeds up to 120 and everyone needs to do at lease 140 to get by and set cruise again. Law on paper or not.. common sense says the mess that is created behind this guy of people speeding up and then slamming on thier brakes is way more dangerous than hitting 140 trying to get past this guy in the passing lane. After a number of stupid speeding tickets (7 over and 10 overs, money grabs) I decided to fight back a little and bought a Valentine 1 for radar, and a Laser Interceptor laser jammer for the city/hwy2 cops.. 4 years and no more tickets and plenty of warning when a speed trap is near..I dont drive really fast, but now I am not so worried about tickets in situations like this.

Cyle, I hope your arrogance and immaturity doesnt kill somebody one day. I cant believe you really believe in some of this stuff you preach. I am sure you are a nice guy but man some of the things you say are right out of this world.

Thing is, most people take things I say out of context and twist the words around. The only way something like that would happen would be because of a retarded driver, not because of my driving. I drive within my abilites and comfort.....never ever had any sort of even close call besides for when another stupid driver did something to cause it. There is nothing wrong with what I do, it might not of been explained great but whatever.

As I said before, anyone who cuts off a big truck is suicidal and eventually they will loose the gamble, and no one to blame but themselves.

Nope, I got it to help out my boss this summer and drive it part time. I could careless what I drive, I could drive a B train if I wanted to but why? Driving truck is nothing great. I have no interest in a mindnumbing boring job.

I wonder how many people including you drive truck, because from the replies not many do......Or your just a braindead one.
