You honestly had to ask that? That's like asking if you can pass on a solid yellow. Maybe you should go hand in your lisence and take the written test again, I doubt you can pass it asking questions like that. If you can't pass safely you shouldn't be trying, if you aren't sure, you shouldn't be driving.

There is plenty of reasons for SOME vehicles to drive slowly, primarly big trucks. For example the truck I drive tops out at 95 km/hr. If you can't pass them safely, get off the road, YOU are the danger. Yes there is the odd retard in a car going 80 in a 110, but that is rare.

110 km/hr speed limit sucks, but with all the shitty drivers on the road I am ok with it. Drivers suck way to much to have higher limits. Retarded people are the reason speed limits are what they are.

40 over loosing the vehicle is fine by me. That is very excessive.

No. If you have a drivers license, it SHOULD be common sense. Never had a problem in B.C before, been speeding and had RCMP simply given me a hand motion to slow down, but then again it was like 90 in a 80, not stupidly speeding like 40 over. Can't say anything bad about them.....never got a warning in alberta before.

I am a very nice driver, unless you piss me off like cut me off or something, if that happens then I become a big a$$hole. Nothing like coming up on a car and thinking you aren't going to stop in time, and it resulting from the idiot not paying attention, and knowing you will be at fault if you do hit them. Why? I get down to about 10 km then I stop at the last second to scare them on purpose, they should be thanking me for trying to knock some sense into them, if they keep doing it one day they won't be so lucky or they will cut off a new driver and won't have a chance. Keep in mind this is for BAD cases of cutting off, cases were it is actually somewhat of a close call.

I've had a case where if I couldn't change lanes, I would of been into someone at 40 km/hr how good would that of ended up?

Wouldn't it be in everyones best interest to school the young fellow instead of cutting him down, there is no dumb questions in my opnion, just dumb answers. Yah he probably has lots to learn, just like you and I still do, and common sence cannot be tought, all the kid asked was a simple question, that required a simple answer.
A wise old truck driver once told me " there are truck drivers, and people who drive truck" and thats all he said to me he didn't expain it, and after I got out on my own on the road, it didn't take me long to figure out what the ole boy ment by that.
