Doos are expensive, and this quote isnt a 600 144 either. pricing on the pros is very resonable, will be a pro 155 for me.

2013 Pro 155 - $12,650 (with a 3 year warranty/or 2 year warranty and $1000 in gear/or 2 year warranty no gear $11,950

2013 Pro 163 - $12,900 (with a 3 year warranty/or 2 year warranty and $1000 in gear/or 2 year warranty no gear $12,200
If you are going to compare pricing... Do it properly... Apples to Apples.... Not after freight and pdi and gst... to the MSRP of soemting else before freight and pdi and gst.... Look at the websites.....
Compare apples to apples......
MSRP on a pro 155 800 on the website is 13,499
MSRP on a 154x 800 on the website is 13,449
Both with 3 year warranty. Just saying

Comparing prices before "freight and PDI" is pointless.

Like hell it is. If your looking for a deal, shop around. People in B.C. pay 7.5% more than those in AB just to start. That doesn't make their sled worth more than an AB one.
MSRP is the only way to compare prices. After that, it's a crapshoot for the deals. Some dealers sell cheaper just to move more units cause they have to, not because they aren't interested in making money. Especially if they offer lots of accessories to make their money on after. Which means they may eat the freight. Plus freight is different in different parts of the country.

I am most concerned with my final, out the door price.

Exactly. The fluctuation on freight and pdi is huge. Therefor the only way to compare sleds is price+freight+pdi+tax. And then if your in bc well sorry I guess. Compare that to other people or subtract the extra tax.

Then consider extras like warranty, avalanche bags, accessories.

Let's me fair folks. Posting 12999 for 2013 rmk 163 means fawk all. Let's see the details.

Your not comparing 1 sled to another fairly that way though. Just cuz you might a have a shitty poo dealer that charges $1000 for freight/pdi, and mine only charges $300 but my doo dealer charges $1000 for freight/pdi and your doo dealer only charges $300 doesn't make one worth more than the other. Get what I'm saying? It doesn't make your sled any more or any less in value. Bottom line is MSRP.

Now where you choose to buy is another story and most people will shop around for the deal. That's why I bought from Wetaskiwin and not my local dealer. A better price. MSRP is the same though no matter what though. That's why it's called Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price!!!
