Is there a Vendor out there that would maybe like to donate some space, a parking lot or know of some cheaper type facilities? It would be a good time to meet some potential customers without the formality of a large expensive sled show. Not to mention Fun!
I would drive 2 or 300 miles to check this out.

maybe end of august it could be outside? much cheaper...

although i would pay 20 bux but i dont think that will cover any sort of rental for the size of bldg we need

outside would be a good time, but your at the mercy of mom earth and her nasty sister rain... but the show outside and the swap meet inside would be ultimate

i agree with end of august mid september, and even a central location such as red deer...
