Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
It sounds like the secondary is not backshifting causing the secondary to stay open. This causes it to stay in 3rd gear on a 4 speed tranny if that makes sense. It will cause low rpm, lazy throttle, belt heat and sometimes belt breakage. I suspect the problem is in the secondary but I have not held one in my hands yet.
Clutch tuning as per Olav Aaen. Work on the secondary to get the best backshift and then tune the primary for rpm.

i thought to secondary was the issue to cause that great of change. Didn’t really find anything taking it apart, besides flat rollers. Sucks when it’s the last ride...start fresh this year.

So with the new roller secondary yamaha has, is it just that the rollers aren't hard enough or is it they get dirty and not roll? Does it have a design flaw???

Damn that looks good, maybe next year I will start going black!

It's BLACK or take it BACK.

All these Winder's i see on here all look awesome, i love the way the guys are making them their own.
I also noticed, not too many wraps, but real personalized mods, very cool.
Them 2smoke guys wrap everything like Xmas and wall paper and call it a mod .....lol

Yeah thought about going all black but plastics are a tad pricey for a Color change. I really like the black on blue...just need to add a couple blue things to the rear to balance it out...probably powder rear bumper and CR emblem...or do what I said I wouldn’t and get chads rear support bumper. Lol.

I don’t care for the busy wraps at all..the wrap I had last year was ok but definitely like a cleaner look.

What kind of engagement RPM your expecting from this spring ?

according to the chart with the stock 8kc weights 4100. With the 8lr weights I suspect it will lower.
