Man! how do you guys make your boots last so long, I'm lucky to make them last 1.5 seasons, I ride about 1250km a season....
Same. MF stomper 2 1.5 season until they leaked and were beat looking
MF stomper 3 1.5 season and started to leak but appearance is much better than the 2's. Going to try dousing them in waterproofing spray and get something new next year.

About 2000km per season.

Pic of Motorfist Alpha BOA boots from BOS.
Super comfy and flexible to walk in.
Will see how they last.
Couple other goodies, should be set for the year.

Your left foot will be wet.

Say Whaaaat???
I sold my doo....no longer an issue.
Left and right will finally be the same.
Cousin bought a rubber boot for his left foot with a built in heat shield.

Your feet will stay warm on cold days. When it's mild your left foot will be soaked. They've sent me a few pairs on warranty then told me they were only waterproof up till where the tongue starts.

Sorry, thought you were headed some where else with that.
Thanks for the heads up.
Will put a squirt of scotch guard and see what it does.

The new klim havoc boot is a sweet sledding boot! New sole design by michelin is supposed to hold up better on the aggressive running boards. Also better ankle support for more aggressive riding.

I need the warmest, lightest, most comfy boots and socks too.
Dont care what they cost. Help me please. Kanedog coldfeet.

I went to the Klim Adrenalin Pro GTX boot with boa laces..super slick. Won’t go back to laces again bit I’ve still got my old klim somethings that are like 1600g of thinsulate I think for the super cold days in the Yukon, they’re like 5 years old, no sole left on em but super aggressive boards don’t need tread! I run 13’s and other than a big foot they’re a good boot, medium or heavy sock zero issues with the GTX. I tried a freebie pair of HMK I think they were with liners and too stiff, not comfy. The FXR boots that I’ve seen are good price but with liners they kinda suck after a year or so, but great warranty. Not everything you get what you pay for but I’ve had grea5 luck with the Klim boots, dealers everywhere and I’ve never used the warranty but I’ve heard they’re stand up. Honestly it would be worth looking for a non current and save some serious cash, the “K” seems to be a $200 logo so might as well put it in the tank instead. Good luck with the tootsies! Lol

I went through 3 pairs of motorfist boots in 2 seasons. Stomper 2 and alphas. They leaked after a few rides, the boa system cut into the tongue of the boot. Also the sides started coming apart on the alphas after a few rides. I am currently running Klim, but honestly I’ve had great luck with my hunting boots over the years. Irish setters snow packs lasted a while, kenetreks have been awesome.

Been running the original Motorfist Stompers for the last 4 or 5 years. Haven't been getting many riding days the last few years but they probably have 30 days on them and have wore them numerous times working outside. Getting a bit beat so I replaced them with a pair of Motorfist Alpha Boas. Haven't been for a ride with them yet but they feel and fit great. As long as boots don't leak, I find the key to warm and dry feet are proper socks. So far, the best sock I've found for me is the Under Armor Team Sock. Also wear them playing hockey. My feet tend to sweat easily, then get cold. If it's stupid cold out, I'll go to a thicker MX sock.

Just spent the first weekend using the new TOBE Vivid BOA boots. Very impressed! They are a double BOA boot with the inner removable liner. They were a little stiff as they were new but quite comfortable and warm. Hope they hold up well as they are not cheap...

Still rocken a pair of Burton Ruler snowboard boots I purchased in 1994. Still going strong. But the water proofing might be starting to ware out. Lol.

You guys tap dancing around in the creeks to get your feet wet? Or they getting wet from the snow with these sledding boots.

update on my boots, got out for a first ride this year, found the rubber toe cap on my left boot of my new stompers has the stitching coming out, letting snow into the boot.. couple years old so won't be getting warranty on these i dont think.. My original stompers are coming back to play i guess..in better shape after 5 seasons than these ones with only 2 on them..

had MF stompers for 6 maybe 7 years, recommend them if you like light thin insulation (I always had wet feet prior to the stompers due to sweating) . believe you could have the soles replaced on them also if you wanted. I just wanted new boots after 4-5 years so got another pair of them.
