I'm curious, does having the e-track up the center like that negatively affect traction? Finishing my trailer up, and considering going with e-track, but also don't want to be spinning tracks and sliding around.
Here's where I'm at so far. Not sure what to do at the nose with the glides, if anything. Might leave it as is. Will likely rarely use the front door for sleds anyway.
What are you guys using for light strips? I want it bright. Wondering if LED strips full length up each side will be at all good.

mine is up the center. No issues, best thing i ever did was put that E track on the center. no matter whats in there or where it is you can always tie it down

Great work Catchme … I picked up this used 2023 Ez Haul 7x18 for incredible price from a fella southern Ontario to haul his tools to Red Deer going to make into bike trailer/single sled trailer when I don’t need my 4 place. I’m going to do the white aluminum sheeting inside as I like the look & brightness. Will be purchasing DSW bench, hemet rack, work station etc at sled show. For the floor this will be UFA horse trailer rubber cheap & works great put it in my 4 place.
yup using Chinese diesel for heat.

This was a great tip! I read this and thought to check my own local classified ads, and found a guy that had a 100 leftover sheets from his job. I picked them up (same 4x10s) for $25 each!
Question for you on mounting the panels. Did you glue to your existing boards? My trailer was unfinished, and last year I used the pink foam board in between the aluminum framing. I was planning on just mounting the FRP right to the walls using wide head self-tapping screws. Has anyone had experience with the same installation method?

How bad do you have to be at estimating and installing to have 100 sheets left over that youll never need again lol

That is very nice work! Question, where did you mount the boat exhausts? You show the close up, but it’s hard to tell where you went through the trailer wall exactly. For example, on the front heater it looks like you go straight out at the top on the front right angled panel, but it doesn’t seem to show on the exterior picture.
I ask because I am looking to mount my heater up front as you did, but wonder about back pressure while driving down the road, so thinking I need to exhaust more on the side. Thanks!
I did glue the walls to the existing plywood after insulating and running all the wiring for switches. On the roof I screwed thin plywood to the ribs after insulating then the FRP. Used screws with plastic snap caps to cover them

I though the same thing, but it worked out for me. Given all the ridiculous theft and resale in the USA right now at big box home stores, I figured these had to be legit at least, because they aren’t easy to move!
He did have them under a tarp, but it clearly leaked so they were all wet and dirty. I think I’ll just power wash them this weekend, but the chemical smell is really bad and now my entire garage stinks. I hope that all dissipates quickly!

Ok, thanks. I hope installing them directly to the walls will work. I don’t want to do wood and FRP. I’ll take a look at the caps.

This is a couple of pictures showing how I got it, and the state it's in now. Lots to still do.

Finally figured out some lighting for mine. I got a couple 33ft LED strips off Amazon and wired them in to the switch for the factory ceiling lights, which I also flipped out to LED bulbs.
I am very impressed how bright it is inside, and draws a total of 45 watts.
