The sledgolden website is new this year head over and have a look. Memberships can be purchased online and you can have a look at the Quartz creek camera.

Anyone hitting up Quartz or other areas around Golden Saturday November 14? I'm hearing it's getting close to being ok now so hoping by then it will be pretty decent. Looking for a group to join on with as no one I know is heading out that weekend. If anyone is heading out or in the same boat shoot me a PM!

I was on it last night.
I've never riden Golden before. Coming down in December.
I do like how the riding areas show on your website. And the option to download each of them onto a GPS.

Looking forward to coming on down and riding there

I can’t do that weekend (I work 7x7) but keep me in mind also. Been outta the game for 6 years due to kids, mortgage etc but getting back in now. Just picked up a 2015 T3 and need to meet some new riding buds. I live by rocky now so will be looking at riding Golden now as it’s closest. If anyone’s ever got room for a extra rider in their group please let me know also!

Conditions look at little sketchy.....

Good if you have stock in an a-arm company I suppose.

How was it? Tough getting in?

Not really.

So, we parked at km53, the road has been bladed off to km55
or 56. Honestly, you can drive a pickup to the trail head easy.

Trail was pretty descent, widened way out in sections. We shovelled in 4 creek sections, which should stay good for the rest of the early season. The waterfall was easy. Made it to the far back overlooking the burn with ease. There really wasn’t any danger of A arm damage as the snow is super set up, ride within reason. Open water and springs everywhere. Cool being the first tracks in, better than sitting at home playing with your Wagstaff.

*Parked at 53*

If the road hadn’t been bladed off, there would’ve been a whopping 6” to a foot of snow on the road.

2-3’ on the trail.
