what's odd is I was reading in "Grains West" a magazine that comes every 3 months and they were ranting and raving how healthy it is to cook with. Just goes to show the lies and propaganda

Butter is full of palm oil. That’s why it holds its form.
Most dairy producers in our area are Hutterites, they’ve been using more palm additives in the feed over the last 30 years.
