in theory i see no reason why you couldn't as long as someone gave you a pull start probably in some nice sugary powder you should be able to rip on it har as the snow just has to go into and out of the impellar. however i dont think it would cool itself very well and would probably overheat quickly. i think you should buy one and try it post vid for proof.
