Isn't technology wonderful? My silly phone will all of a sudden (like out of nowhere) take a 1 second video instead of a picture. I don't know what or why it happens.

Garlic scapes are ready. It may not be supper but a delicious appetizer! No recipe, everything is to taste/consistency (extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and honey). Crackers, red pepper jelly, Brie cheese.........whatever turns your crank; a touch of this pesto will astonish you.

Don't worry too much about it . Put it on the night before . I take mine off at 210 * then wrap it in foil and rest in a cooler
