The Alberta side locations are now all out of bounds.
You hit either Wilmore or Kakwa so its park and $$$$ fines when caught, unless you go to the Morkil but that is the worst avy crossing I have ever seen anywhere and it slides regularly EVERY winter. A 1 mile stretch of plain crazy no escpe terrain that we no longer use. Way worse than any of the Dores or Horsey, just nasty. Only escape is over the waterfall and neither outcome is desirable.

Your first picture you were only a few miles from the border as the crow flies. Good luck with those trees behind you.
Huge area back there with all kinds of pockets to hit when Renshaw is "tracked out".
Exploring is the fun part. There are several other locations to get back to Alberta, good times exploring for sure.
Bring gas and have fun!

Have always wanted to go way back in the renshaw and explore, looks amazing out there

Many years ago 4 of us got pinched in wilmor. 2 helicopter patrol wildlife on a Thursday was very expensive and had to go to court. Just make sure you know your boundaries and stay close if you decide to venture out of bounds, they will give you a break but you can't be 5 km inside.

Good to know, maybe one day I’ll do a venture in the spring, don’t know many guys that know the way that far back

Have not been to the closed areas in about 10 years, look at them from the ridges.
Not only $$$$ but it hurts the clob, a track out of bounds is a report.
Caught or not.

For my couple rides a year there I have lots of inbound areas all along the east border..

This is the furthest I’ve ventured. I couldn’t see a way to go further without dropping into the valley. How did I do Randy?

If that is Interpass thats pretty good, Interpass is a dead end.
Have to be abouts 4 miles east or 8 miles west to contine the northerly travels.
But not sure on picture location on that one.
Pretty sure you are capable to go as far as you have gas.
None of it is undoable just not everyone wasts to go 35km+ past drop of doom.
Once you hit Morkil there is no limit - off to Kakwa Lake or Cresent Spur.
Need a pin on a map to confirm your location.
Send a PM or else let's go there.

Back up helping Hotrod and Bluebird day today, and the Renshaw still holding good snow! Great weather for seeing the outer reaches. Trails excellent, cool temps have been keeping them in good shape!

Jesus! How far you going?.
. If they are going to be back tonight,
With that much gear, it looks like an adventure is being set up. Wouldn’t surprise me if a camp was set up somewhere. The meadow below Spirit would be an great choice.

I bet a lot of peeps would step up and make a wager with Maxi to see him make it from the cabin to the meadows below Spirit Lake in 10 minutes.....
I've ridden with Sean a few times and we head into an area starting at the cabin and we're basically 3/4 to full throttle till we get there.

Good ride today.
Thanks for taking and posting pics, I suck at pictures.
Reached some great outer and upper limits toady.
Sat on some upper plateaus for great pictures.
Saw a lot of terrain.
Still pockets with no tracks.
Sun and not overly deep, great exploration day.
