I am surprised that MIKE270412https://www.snowandmud.com/members/3839.html has not ****ed up this thread like he has done to all other ones. He is definitely becoming the next douche bag of posts. Hope all my gWammer is correct!?>#$%.IjUTT!

We rode Frisby on Friday and it was the best day of the weekend. A bit cloudy, but we chased sun dogs up top around dildo most of the day and the snow was excellent. Not deep powder, but deep enough and fresh enough you could do whatever you wanted without too much effort.

Saturday was foggy and we were back at Frisby playing in the trees. The light was pretty bad and everything was flat, so staying in the trees was the safest bet.

On Saturday we came across a burning sled dead center in the middle of the main Frisby trail about 3/4 of the way up before the cabin. It had melted about 2 feet into the snow and you could see that wood had been added to the fire to make sure it burned completely. Definitely deliberate. I can understand why it was done (stolen? insurance?), but why in the middle of the trail? Idiots.

We headed for Boulder on Sunday, but it was so socked in there was no point staying and we headed back to Frisby and into the trees again. We usually ride the McBride area, but the snow is so incredible in Revy we're already planning another trip in a few weeks.

We all got a real good laugh at the cabbin when we heard some guy was all wound up thinking people put wood on the sled to burn it. It was an old sled he picked up for his wife to try out. I know the guy and our group came along just after it lit up. We tryied to get it out but it got out of controle. He let it and went to smokey bear to borrow the sled to get it down. Clean up everything he could and made sure that it was all out in the end.

you really gotta know where to go or else its pretty severely tracked out, everytime I've went the parkings were overloaded, trails trashed and areas completely tracked apart from the odd pocket in the trees, thats why now I ride further west, if id know a local then id probably be riding revy, just not the high traffic areas all the out of towners ride

Yeah I know a place or 2. Just don't bother anywhere with a Cabin unless you want to Bushwack all day. And even if I wanted to do that I'd still go somewhere else.
I hate tracks.
