Way too long a story to tell as he checks in every year and the saga continues.
Cliffs:
young kid thought his dad was superman and had sickest sled ever and bragged it all up but was obvious BS.

Joey is rocking a Sidewinder these days hes on my Facebook. Kid is worse than Lund about it too hahahahaha

Mike many numbers..... you're right this thread is over.

The doo has the smallest tank, 36l.
Cat is 43.9l
Polaris is 43.1l

Doo redesigned the the G4 fuel tank cause there was 4l in the xm tank that was unusable. I also verified this info today on the G4’s fuel tank.

This thread is far from over, still producing plenty of good information.

A phazer?? No chance that would do 100mph it was a fan cooled. The exciter was a liquid cooled.

A really good friend of mine had an ’87 Phazer 119” track and it would do 100mph. No bs. RCMP radar checked.

Lol thought you would appreciate it. Id still prefer to have a bigger fuel tank tho.

I will still be carrying a spare tank and depending on conditions maybe two.
Hate running out of gas and this year will be starting out with an extra 8 liters from last year.
Cats I rode with last year were super easy on fuel - CTEC 2 sips fuel and oil.
Good for the Spirit Lake and beyond adventures in about 8 weeks.

Since we are still on weight and fuel capacity, I have a question for past and present G4 owners, following this thread, What jerry can did guys go with the smaller one or the bigger one? I chose the smaller one but now im second guessing my decision. I didnt like how tall the bigger can was, but right now im at a point where I can exchange it.

I had both.
On regular days I used the small can. On deep or expected longer days big can on the bottom and the smaller can on top.
Still used to run out by 2PM on some of the deeper days.
See mid March posting last winter in McBride section.
Those days need two tanks.
Small tank on 850 and it is thirsty a WFO......like most sleds.
