Running in deep snow I have never had a cooling issue. However, on marginal snow or the trail I am always fighting it. A lot of these sleds see a ton of these miles so its nice to see Polaris tweaking this.
Hopefully your right in your predictions that this is lead up to a new big motor, but...
I ran studded CT's last winter and was happy with them. They are noicey on the pavement and throw lots of rocks on the gravel, but wore as good as anything I have had. The duratracts that I ran previous worked well when they were new, but wore quickly and lost significant performance with wear.
Hi Guys,
Have a new 165 G4 coming. This is my first Doo and considering doing a shock upgrade to Fox Shocks all around. I have previously rode Polaris's and found the Burandt Edition QS2 and QS3 Fox shocks were a great upgrade to those sleds. I'm a big guy (6'5" and 240lbs) who rides fairly...
I bought a used Ag Tractor from a Ritchie farm sale in the spring of 2016. When I went to finance it through AFSC it came back with a lien. It took quite a bit of effort to get it cleared off. Ritchie was fairly helpful and most the issue was with CNH who the previous owner had it financed...
The trail system is still open for riding. Camping has been limited to certain areas. There really has not been a significant change yet as there is still lots of confusion on what the final park and regulations will look like.
Take a drive 10min south. Pretty different story. Alfalfa burnt up and not coming back, peas and canola dropping leaves. Looks a little better after the bit of rain last week, but we will need some more here in short order to keep things progressing.
A good friend has a newer Ram with the manual transmission, mild lift and larger tires. Even before he added a tune he could make the clutch slip. Believe he has upgraded the clutch as well and still has issues. IMO If you want the sporty feel of a manual tranny get a sports car. Having a...
Lol! Next time I see a mountain lion we will video the encounter for your viewing pleasure!;)
I hope the young girl and her family have a new found respect for animals. No surprise that giving an animal food than taunting it leads to this. The incident has received enough media attention...
Props to the guy (I'm assuming her dad) for being in there a split second later. Not sure he could have done anything if the sea lion hadn't let go, but glad to see no one seriously hurt.
Re: Summer is to get Ready!
I'm excited to get one. Probably won't give up my T Axys until I'm sure the 850 is the right sled for me, but the prospect of a stock sled is appealing. Having a young family makes it difficult to find the time and money to continue to play the Turbo game. Maybe I...
