If you have to remove any of your equipment/gear or require any type of physical assistance whatsoever, its a stuck. That being said, if you're not getting stuck you're not trying hard enough.

I had my 12 Ram 3500 done at a highly recommended shop in Edmonton. They didn't tell me there was any value in the parts. They just said "we can dispose of them for you, if you'd like"

I picked up a dealer demo with 600k on it. Third trip it died on the hill. Dealer says absolutely its still under warranty so bring it in and we will figure it out. I'm sure they are optimistic because i've lead them to believe its an electrical issue.
