Buggered my back at the end of December, so I only have had my sled out once this season but this would be the season to miss with it being a bad snow year. The back is starting to feel better so hopefully March & April I will be able to get out for a few rides?????

Went out to the Olds Snowmobile Club staging area west of the Bearberry Salon and the snow around that area is very sparse. We went north across the James River along Rig Street then made our way towards Burnstick Lake and the snow was much better but could still use more. Won't go out here...
Thats typical Scalp Creek for this time of year. I have only made it to the bowl twice in the different trips that I have taken out there. Traditionally March to April is when they get the big dumps of snow.

I feel your pain, I was going to go ridin out west of Sundre Bearberry area this weekend but they have had record breaking temps this past week so the conditions will be crap!!!! Here is hoping for a snowy Feb.
