Went out to the Olds Snowmobile Club staging area west of the Bearberry Salon and the snow around that area is very sparse. We went north across the James River along Rig Street then made our way towards Burnstick Lake and the snow was much better but could still use more. Won't go out here again untill there is another good dump of snow. One other thing we came across alot of deer pelts just laying on the snow aroubnd the Burnstick Lake area; bit of a mystery?
