2008 xp 800r engine issue

My xp 800 was running fine i parked it for a week I started it up and it seems as if it is only running on 1 cylinder now. Any one have any ideas what would cause this all of the sudden?

Check plug wires, mine was acting up this weekend. I checked and one boot has come loose, pushed back on and worked fine.
