Anyone have a p/n for a primary clutch puller bolt that’s not the dealer one? Looking to order one online from amazon or something but don’t know which one will work.

Any puller from 2007 up will work they are all the same from the old m series sleds to the proclimb including all wildcat UTV’s

So I went through mine today checking all the things others have found previously.
Found the fuel line was rubbing so clearanced that part of the frame.
Tied up the harness behind the can.
Siliconed around the airbox where they go together but the intake looked cleaner than the one in my old XM did so not really worried about it which was surprising considering how much dust and fibre there was in the engine bay.
Primay clutch looked good
Chaincase oil was silver as I expected it would be and changed it with some fresh 75w90.
Didn’t find any loose or broken bolts or cracks anywhere yet.
Waiting for my front skid shock to show up and then it should be ready to go.

I am starting to think the piston scuffing may not be from the snow injestion but rather oil/gunk build up on the reed cages.
Made a little kill switch relocator so I could narrow the bars. Chopped 2”off each side. I feel I have more control of the sled on steep side hills when my hands are closer to together and I don’t have to hunch over so much.

I was working the cat at the far end of Allan yesterday ��Does this count for working on the cat lol. I followed a set of sucker tracks from Chris but he said you couldn’t make it. I still need those clutching tips ��
Yes it’s way more fun working Chris and his twins with my cat than working on the cat. But Christmas break is my family time and will be out on the hill in January again.

So can a guy do the water and Teflon tape trick to pop a team clutch off these cats like you can a doo or do I need to buy a proper clutch removal bolt?

Mine came off easy enough with the puller, that I never had to do the water trick.
But yeah match the thread to the puller.
Ez-smoke stated the thread type here somewhere.

No. That is the problem. Not sure why it’s needed if the primary is self adjusting?
Can you not just remove it?
I have my dealer doing the install so he called and asked what the deal was. I feel it’s not necessary either. But I knew Snowandmud would have some answers.
