Which side up to re-install Power Vavles - '13 Pro 800

Which side goes up to re-install the power valves on a 2013 Pro 800? There is one side that has a long taper on the leading edge and the other side has a short taper. Which side up? I think I had too many teas last night and can't remember which way they came out.

They will only bolt back in one way, you will see what I mean if you try putting it back in both ways.
