Hey guys. I just finished weighing my 2015 174T3. I promise to post the pics just after 6 tonight when I get to work! My home computer is getting repaired and my scale pics are on my iPhone. Long story short is I weighted my 174 T3 right FULL of gas, oil and with the stock can! Ready to ride FULL wet weight was 545.6lbs! I removed the stock can which I weighed from the same scale and it was 17.8lbs! I installed my MBRP Race can that I kept from last years XM and re-weighed the sled and it came in at 529.2lbs! Thx BRP and Carl Kuster, looks like you have built one heck of a mountain sled! I am also going to be a Impulse Turbo Dealer starting this year and will be installing one on my sled shortly and will re-weigh it with the kit installed!

545? I bet there will be 10 different weights for these sleds.

I don't buy that a 174 weighs less than a XM154.

If they did accomplish it then why not pass along those weigh savings to the non 3" next year.

So let me get this straight! I go out of my way to unload my 174 out of my race trailer today and hang it on the scale so we don't and up with 20 more pages of people guessing what the weight is. And you sir don't believe Me? As I said earlier pics are coming after 6pm. They don't lie and nor do I. If you want the benifts of the T3 then don't Cry and go Buy! Rant over!

Awesome ! Scale seems accurate if you got 17.8lbs for a stock can. Unreal skidoo got the T3 174 down to 545.6lbs wet weight. T3 163 should be 540.6lbs ready to ride. BRP claimed dry weight to be 464lbs for the 174 and 459lbs for the 163. These values make sense giving a difference of 81.6lbs from dry to wet weight.

And as a side note, MPI 180hp Viper 162 is 640lbs ready to ride. T3 163 is coming in 100lbs lighter.

Did I say I didn't believe that you weighed the sled?

But there will be variances in the weight that is reported. Hey I went and found the first T3 163 that had photo proof and shared it on here.

I have never seen so many "men" get upset about putting something on a scale before.

Pics as I said I would post. Scale pic of 545.4lbs is Stock 174T3 Full of fuel and oil with Stock Can. Scale pic of 529.2 is with the MBRP Race Can. Stock Can is 17.8lbs and MBRP Race can on my Scale is 1.9kg's (4.18lbs). BRP and Carl Kuster have done a awesome job building Great sled. The weight is within 10lbs of what they claimed Dry? I have a Ski-Doo brochure that shows 211kg's (464.2lbs). My estimated Dry weight would be 216kg's (475.4lbs) based on if I took all fuel out (70lbs) roughly.

It looks to me like the last pic of the can is kilo's and the other ones are in pounds. Look at the little arrow beside the #. But thanks for the weights though:beer:
