I gots me some new axles today for the rear of the ranger! Got outlaw dht axles they where $10 more then rhinos so I got them instead, plus I had sh!tty luck with rhinos on my brute force.

Home, parked in the garage.

Will take old winch out.

Fix bent door from rollover.

Fix bend A arm protectors.


Have Neil build me a bumper.



Then pin it

I washed it and started to put the new axles in it. I couldn't finish it cause I found this.
I will have to make a parts order I guess.

Been there done that.....! Lol axle turns under power, but no power to the wheel.....
common on the old rzrs 800 turbos....

Not sure what happened? It looks like it was like that for a long time. It still worked like that I thought about putting it back together like that but the part was only 70 bucks.

was that on rear wheel? I would have thought the whole axle end would have broken off?

Yah was the rear drivers side. It has no splines on it, it just a collar that goes in to the wheel bearings. Just the back half has the splines for axle.

I got the commander some real mud tires, 27" black mambas on 12" STI HD bead locks.
