Finally catching up on the maintenance and repairs! Just finished replacing rear brake caliper on the outty. One one grizz, sticking throttle body is cleaned up and good as new, new control arm and stablizer bushings, primary is cleaned up and repacked, all new fluids. I just have to figure out how to finish pressing out a wheel bearing that fell apart on me. On the other grizz (rolled by the GF), got most of it torn down and ordered all new plastics, racks, and headlight/bumper plastics.

Whew, I still have a lot of work to do but it feels like I'm getting close.

Please take the time to inspect upper & lower A-arms if your unit has them.

Check for cracks as well as bolts that keep things in place and frame anchoring points.

Just seen a SxS sitting in ditch along hwy 12 with broken top A-arm and other damage that goes with it when it became came cross threaded and side ways. Looks like it did the steering link in, back side fender where the tire ended up crinkled up some plastic, but sure it will be ok.

Put on a 2" super atv lift, then went to put on my new zillas. Unfortunately I never thought about new lug nuts so I guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow to get the new tires and wheels on.

Mounted 40" light bar and installed sport low mod. New pitbull growlers mounted on set of oem wheels for a second set of tires to go with the stock bighorns.
Marine fuse block and second battery next.

Can you post pictures of marine box?
