Marine fuse block and circuit breaker mounted. Second battery installed. Fan override wired and second panel of switches and usb charger installed above the factory switches.
When I initially installed my light bar and used the wiring harness it came with all worked well. Trying to wire the lights through a novelty switch and now I can't get it working at all! Even hooking the wires back up to the original switch isn't working at this point. The back light on the switch works but I'm going to have to go back and look at everything and try to figure out wtf is going on with the light bar wiring.

Got the light bar going now time to put everything back together. It's amazing that I always have "spare" push pins when I'm done putting all the plastics back on. Still a couple small LEDs coming in the mail from China to install as back up lights and have to change over my stock winch cable and roller fair lead for a synthetic line and hawse. Also contemplating when to throw the new Pitbull Growlers on and leave the stock bighorns in the garage. Sadly first ride of the year won't come until May long weekend camping due to a new addition to the family this spring.

Full service a-head of my 200 hour B work over as I got lucky finding a small issue for a later date.

Oil Change 3 looked good, but first diff change makes me a bite nerves. Rear pumpkin had the dark side coming out at 170 hours, No water in it that is good.

I mean black black as could be. Very surprised at the 2700 km mark.

Honda rep wants me to check again at the 400 hour mark, if the same, its time for work over.
Front diff was the very clean as this is what stuff is suppose to look like.

Pal at Nordegg helped me add grease to CV-Boots since they had next to nill for grease in them water came out of all 3 of them, then we lubed up the tie-rod ends... Just enough grease so we could feel it firm up the boost,,, not too much that is.

All good as I start logging on the miles.

Axle came in the mail, time to figure out how to change it Thursday after nights. Are all axles push in then pull out to release? It's an old 01 sportsman.

When I pull axles I always put anti seize on the splines on install. That stuff is my best friend along with dielectric grease when working on my ATV!
