Got all the plastics off the 2012 550XP tonight. Tightened the shift lever up.....Oil changes, power steering update and a good cleaning to come this week. Plan to have it back together by Friday.



My Plano box for the back of the Ace was delivered today. Going to make my own "lock and ride" hold downs for it.

Put on somewhere between 150-200 kilometers this weekend, guess today I should do some cleaning.

Tire change over day tomorrow...

Bumper on back . Weld up a a winch and bumper mount for the front ....soon.
Then it's time to build a puck board roof ....!

Got 550xp back together yesterday. Just have to do heated grips on it. Still waiting for lift for ACE to come in.

Got my 4 points in with harness bar . Box in and header and full heat shields done .... Slowly but surely!

Going to Leduc to pickup SuperATV lift for ACE tonight...... Noticed I have power steering motor too close to gas tank on 550 XP it comes half back apart so I can fix that.

Put my CT works full race gusset kit on and dragon fire tie rods .... Wow , these guys make nice stuff....
Happy with the PRP 4.2 harness setup as well ...

How do you like the tie rods? I helped arff with his and we thought we were going crazy when both ends were right hand threads! Who came up with that idea?

Yes weird , but the tie rods went on easy none the less ...
Roof taking shape too...not a bolt on though ...
started out as a 4x8 puck board ....so a little
design & fab are in order...
