I agree with John, get a tree mover in and spud some trees in along his line of sight. No harm no foul then. You can get some pretty decent size spruce trees transplanted with the bigger tree movers.

Good idea woody by my power lines goes right along the fence and in order to plant trees they would be in front of my house and I don't want that .. But one of the camaras he has is on a poll about 6 feet above the peak of his garage shooting over my roof and into my yard

Now that's better,But the fact is if where these cameras are pointed is open to public viewing then your screwed there is no expectation of privacy.Even the camera on the pole is ok as long as it cant see something that the public has a view of.

I know theres more to this but if it,s some silly thing go work it out with him expecially if you own your property you really don't want to fight with your nabor.


But if he truly is a wack job and there is lots of them.Cops kid kills 5 people,cray wheel chair woman beats up busdrive,stabbing in regina school.to give a few and there really is nothing that can be done other than you sitting in a jail cell for the next 15 years.Pack up and leave,it sucks but you have kids to think of and probably a wife.

SO that's the best advice I can give you agin for the amount that I know of the situation.

wow that's defenitly different,That thing has to be worth a lot money.but agin if your yard is open to the public not much you can do.and if all this is to drive you crazy he must really hate you.The sound thing is a bit different if he can hear a conversation say in your house then it,ll have to come down.Even if he can hear you talking in your yard there may be a chance.

But even if the cops make him take it down it wont solve the problem he,ll just do something else,So you have to find a solution to diffuse it all before it gets out of hand,he looks pretty old but that doesn't mean anything,he could still be crazy man.

Holy crap.
How about just going over and knocking on the door and being a stand up man. Then politely open a nice conversationa and ask about his new security system?
Tell him you are interested in purchasing one and would like more information about what he has purchased.
He will probably spill all his knowledge about his pricey new system and you will gain lots of insight.

I bet if your house gets broken into or your sleds are stolen that you would be over there in a flash asking to review the video.

Does he have kids? Have you asked him wtf he is doing? Walk over to his house naked ring the door bell and ask is this what you want to see, cuz you don't need to waste money on cameras if that's the case.

He's almost 70 years old , no kids at home anyway , I tryed talking to him but didn't turn out so good that camera is 42 times zoom 360 and audio that's my problem

Nope he just old with no hobbies I guess , the neighbor on the other side moved out for the same reason but I've been here far longer then him and my kids got 3 years left of school and I'm not about to move and take and put them in a different school that's not fair
