So this is what I'm going through. , I have a neighbor that as been a pain in my a@& over the last couple years . He just installed camaras on his property but they are all pointed at my place and with 2 teenage daughters I have I'm a little concerned I talked to the police and they said he's not doing anything wrong ( yeal right. ) any suggestions

Time to dig into some bylaws. I wish i could be of more help, but maybe give bylaw a call?

I've talked to lots of people but they say he's doing nothing wrong , he's invading my privacy that's forsure , paintball seems fun but only last a short while lol

Actually the lights is a good idea. Even the simple standing construction ones. Pointed at the camera's day or night. This will cause a bright spot on the camera.

Actually this would be classified as a nuisance, and the OP would suffer more than the perp would, especially at night, UNLESS they were only on during the day. But if you were going with lights I would not use a flood but a single LED projection, kind of like this.

My tail lights, but you can get crazy ones brighter for other purposes that are 120v

Yes the LED low power, cheap to run and effective.

What about a siren off the Fire Truck. Let that rip for a while..

so why is he recording your place,trying to catch you doing something.What makes him a pain in a--. If my nabor pointed cameras at my yard It,s free security,pointing them at a girls window or any window somethings wrong there.

No I'm not doing anything wrong , would you like it if I was watching your kids every move ? How do I know he's not a petafile , I'm trying to do the right thing looking for help , I live in the country so security I don't need

I think the flood light pointing at his bedroom and led lights pointed at the camaras will do also a train horn

So I just talked to a friend who is having the same problem in the city and she called bylaw they told her that's a police issue so she called the cops and they said it's illegal and they are on their way to talk to the guy with the camera
