um no the viper with turbo kit is 16-18000$ the t3 doo is 17500$,& if you have been around any good set up turbo sleds the 4 will chew the 2 most of the time,in the trees the 2 will be easier to ride.they each have there place & both will put a smile on your face,we are lucky to have the sleds we have now they are better than most 25000$ mod sleds from 10years ago.

I agree to disagree first your price on the T3 is off by a bit from what I can pick one up for and a Rated X turbo on the T3 174 will chew up the 4 stroke no problem. HP to weight ratio wont even be close.

Thought this thread was 180 viper 162 vs stock xm 174. Simple question that gets side tracked pretty quick around here

Biggest differance to this argument is one will have warranty, the other will not.

Terry told me the 180 kit can be turned up to 200.

Ya need 200 hp to move the heavy weight up the mtn XM's and T3's not so much.

Yes you do, but it's 200hp at altitude compared to a NA etec trying to spin a 174 3". Both have warranty and both a snow checkable sleds. The advantage goes to the viper.

Ok that said turbo to turbo the 4 stroke wont stand a chance same diff as stock match up. Heres the face the 4 stroke riders gonna make when they see a T3 on boost :jaw:

exactly. there is no sled here that has any advantage over the other. the viper will have better engine performance at altitude and the XM is a lighter more nimble machine at altitude. figure out what your riding style is and go from there. a viper will never fit my riding style due to the sheer weight of it but that thing is going to put a ton of smiles on alot of riders faces next season thats forsure.

oh and you can 174x3" a viper cheaper than turboing the DOO. so if you can deal with the weight that would be my choice

Your missing the point, and throwing the thread off topic.
The vipers turbo is made available from yamaha and mpi and still retains the factory warranty on both, if doo had a turbo kit that will retain the warranty than your point will be valid. But there is no warranty on a doos engine with a turbo.
Look If you going to play that game than add a 174 3" and the 270 mcx kit on the viper and see who wins, your looking at the hp numbers and forgetting that the 4 stroke is going to make a lot more torque. Do you know the differance in track speed between a 4 stroke turbo and a 2 stroke turbo?
You get the right rider on a 4 stroke and he'll ride circles around a most guys on 2 strokes. Like I said I'm not a 4 stroke guy. I'll take the less weight.

Do you Doo Tards have a schedule where you actually take turns yipping and high fiving each other about Doo junk, Christ , now you Tards are even ranting and beaking about a sled that isn't even produced for the masses yet. Now your "I'm gonna get mine next year sled" is kicking the boosted yammis a$$ , Keep it friggen real , at least a bit.
Or are you subbing in for Maxwell, cause this is his type of Doo Tard crap normally.

Could you imagine if I put a 174 on the wedge? The new sleds as we know them wouldnt have a clue what just happened.

Are you sponsored by Doo too or just not getting it like the rest of them? This thread was about 2 completely different sleds and the track speeds they would generate. FWIW - the Viper won't need a replacement engine after 2 seasons....but this threads not about that so who fawkin cares....
