We only had to add muriatic acid when we used our well water. We use town water now and it's so much better

I screwed up and that's how we got scales. I didn't put any PH in at all, as the levels were fine, but started to scale on us. So now...…. When I use my 1 or 2 tablespoons of chlorine/week, I need to make sure I do the same with PH

Ya my wife does all the maintenance for our hot tub, I just sit in it and swap the water twice a year.
