Ok I have a serious question. How do I stop myself from getting cramps, I get them when I do alot of running, I get them opposite side from my heart, right around the top o my rib. Sometimes I get them so bad in that same spot I can't move. I got one during my jockey game the other day, it was sooo bad I had to take short shifts and keep stretching out. How do I avoid them?

That's what I wAs thinking but wasn't sure. I always try to drink 2 liters of water all day, the day of my game. I've never got a cramp like that before during hockey. And 150lbs
