tire pressure

what are people running there tires pressures on there dirtbikes? im riding a 94 cr 250. depending on what trails i go too ill be riding on mud/hard packed or sand. do you change your pressures for different riding surfaces? thanks

i ran 9psi pretty much everywhere. remember the longer you ride at one time and the temp your riding in increases your tires pressure throughout the day. 9psi is a good start pressure to start your day of riding. any lower could let debris in around the tire and rim from tire flex and youl be replaceing lots tubes.
