Suspension question

Will the rear shock out of a 154" work with a 163" or does the extra track length require a stiffer shock. Thanks in advance.

Skidoo parts shows them as the same both rear and center shock, for a 2014 Summit X 154"/163"

154/163 are the same and 174 is longer.
