Here's my parts list so far. Doesn't include anything for clutching yet, taking them apart next week. Looking into new shocks and springs...ugh...pricey.

- RH Tunnel Stiffener, SKU: 518324096, $32.39
- Attache Dr, SKU: 518323187, $26.99
- Bracket, SKU: 518323188, $26.99
- Renfort de Coin, SKU: 518324181, $9.37 x 2
- Renfort de Plaque, SKU: 518324109, $71.54
- Front Plate, SKU: 518325422, $14.99
- Support Arriere, SKU: 506151854, $21.14
- Traverse Centrale, SKU: 518324093, $32.39
- Butee, SKU:512059738, $11.24 x 2
- Bumper, SKU: 502006679, $89.99 x 2
- Spark Plugs, SKU: 512059552, $4.80 x 10
- Belt, SKU: 417300383, $103.49
- 74 Link Drive Chain, SKU: 504151857, $78.74
- 22 Tooth Sprocket, SKU: 504091100, $38.24
- 21 Took Sproket from maxwell $20.00

If anyone has any line of any of this stuff cheaper, let me know! I am looking at CAD files to cut some of the bracing myself out of 1/8" aluminum.

Might have a chain and sprocket, will have to look. Also, I can help with plugs and we can cut them to get better flame kernelization.

Ok...not much of an update but I've got one regardless! So I took apart my clutches to clean and see what parts need to be rebuilt and discovered I needed new buttons, o-rings, rollers, ramps, pins, governor cup and spring. After discovering that my friend decided to give me his set that is in good condition (only requiring new buttons, o-rings and rollers) and taking mine in place (his sled was written off after being stolen). So my parts list is complete! Put a deposit on shocks today, will order my parts next week or beginning of August then just wait for it to come through customs. Also sold my v-force 3's to a guy and will be ordering my Boyesens right away. Here's my parts list thus far.

- 2 x ski-doo bumpers (one as a spare since I seem to like breaking them. SKU: 502006679
- 10 x Spark Plugs (at $5 a pop, why not get extra's!) SKU: 512059552
- 12 x Clutch 0-rings (getting 2 sets, be proactive) SKU: 73240030
- 12 x Buttons or (glissiere as listed on the site I am getting them off) (getting 2 sets, be proactive) SKU: 41722302
- 1 x belt SKU: 417300383
- 1 x drive chain 74 link SKU: 504151857
- 1 x 22 tooth sprocket SKU: 504091100
- 1 x RH Tunnel Stiffener SKU: 518324096
- 1 x Attache Dr SKU: 518323187
- 1 x Bracket SKU: 518323188
- 1 x Renfort de Coin SKU: 518324181
- 1 x Front Plate SKU: 518325422
- 1 x Support Arriere SKU: 506151854
- 1 x Traverse Centrale SKU: 518324093
- 2 x Buttee SKU: 512059738
- New Rear kyb aluminum shocks
- Used rebuilt, and revalved front hpg aluminum shocks with new springs
- Boyesen reeds and boots

Already ordered and received:

- Moto Grip grips
- 21 tooth sprocket (Thanks to Modman!!)
- 72 length chain (Thanks to Modman!!)
- adjustable pins and weights (Thanks to Trollcat!!!)
- quick clickers for my clutches (Thanks to Ken Baker!!)
- rollers (Thank you Rob!!!)
- front and back vent kit for side panels (Thanks to Menz Toys!!!)

Phew...gonna be a lot of work when I get all that stuff in. Thank goodness for patient and kind friends for always being there if I need it. But hopefully I will be able to do most, if not all of this on my own. :)

Hey dirtbiker77, I went with new Rear kyb aluminum shocks and used rebuilt, and revalved front hpg aluminum shocks with new springs from Ian at Monster Performance outta the states. He was great to work with and will give me 30 day warranty from first ride.

The best fix for your torn carb boot is the Boyesen Rage Cage it is a 95% aluminum design and eliminates the chances of this ever happening again. We sell the RAD84-2 Rage Cage for $260.00 or V-force for $260 also but these have the same rubber boot design that will repeat the same failure mode. We also have the stock replacements boots for $35.00 each. Matt @ MCB www.mcbperformance.com Ph: 810-395-7162
