Here's a very rare pic of you with the sled turned off.....LOL

You know it buddy, maxi don't know jack about the real deal, 9 times out of 10 its the Snow and Mud scenario, haters on the internet because they lack the ability to make the sled do what they want, not the sleds fault........ Too bad they are stuck with the 2003 mindset, they are probably missing out on some great riding pals.

Here's some pics (numbered in sequence starting from left to right), you come out of the cutblock and pick your way up the drainage and up to the ridge. Probably get flamed because the trees aren't "tight" enough or not steep enough....whatever. People are gonna call it down no matter what. These aren't the tightest trees we ride nor the steepest terrain, just all I have on this computer at the moment. This is from May hardpack with a light dusting of fresh, not 3 feet of pow as others want to believe. Oh, but Maxi said it never happens folks........he'll tell you his sled is bone stock too, right down to the big bore head bolts, the Doo crew statements don't carry much credibility sorry dudes, talking about a sled that you don't even ride..... As mentioned, this is a standard scenario for our riding every time out.

Maxi, Snowest called - they want their outdated opinions back.

funny you mention 2003. when i was seriously getting into mountain riding. and i wanted a apex! crazy right! then i rode one. not for me. thats all.

and your photos..great proof. i didnt say it doesnt happen because obviously it does. the difference lies in our opinions of what technical tree riding is. thats all. no big deal. my opinion versus yours. means nothing. neither is correct....just "different"

you think your tree riding and i think im tree riding.whos the real powertobbogan cowboy! whos to say which is more difficult and which sleds are capable of what. not me. but i will say my "style" of tree riding there is no yamaha apex going there. and that is ALL ive been saying all along. not dissing anyone. sheesh. i have multiple yamaha friends in my group. no hard feelings there. just a group of guys who arent afraid to admit that eachothers fancy sleds perform better in certain situations than others. my sled is a turd in 3ft of snow on any incline compared to a 350hp nytro....not afraid to admit that!

i also used to spend alot of time on snowest. then they wanted 20$. LOL!!!!!! so i came over here for good. lucky you HEHEHEHE. ill leave the outdated opinions to LHF.

always hitting the nerves with the other brands. ii better lay off the koolaid. but i think ive got a frozen can of yellow lemon lime in the freezer calling my name

All the info you need is on Page 4 if you want to buy it, so I don't think he is looking for a shoulder to cry on.

LMAO Same old Snowest, oops I mean Snow and Mud.

TTT for a nice looking sled. 12Gs if you want to buy one that works.

is that a good price modman? modman approved!

You cannot do it....or don't want to try (it's not a ski-doo), I get that. Others can and do every time the sled comes of the deck.

Mines stock except for the supercharger. No throttle lag, and it will go places in the trees a stocker will not touch.

I'll listen to you talk about doos all day long, you've got a lot of experience with them. But what you spew on Yamis is total BS. I usually just ignore it, I probably should have here.

maybe if i wasnt such a scrony kid the yamaha deal would have worked out for me better.

Ok , it is a 2006 apex Alpine turbo kit , talk to dean at alpine about maintence, i used to remove engine just to clean chassis, New turbo old one was stolen while at a dealer for maintence, not Alpine. The chassis was redone after one year of use , not necesarry was still like new ! At that time a long chain case was added one piece tunnel, baker skid,162 camo track, pilot skis, baker front susension, air shocks, alpine gas rack, there is probally more stuff . Racers edge in Dewinton put it together. That would Be Darrel and Lance , I used to work there long time ago. Ask Darrel about the sled and how it was ridden , we used to be riding partners. 403 2548686 . Originally Nick from Vernon yamaha put the kit in and set it up, Ask Randy Swensen about that process , he helped with that process , Thanks Randy, We used to ride together long time ago too, he knows the sled and my riding and maintence habits. Also one could ask NM , about the sled , how it was ridden and maintained , rode with his crew too. Ask Dave at powder lites in sicamous he seen and ridden the sled , i used to live in the moose the apex got ridden at Queest lots , in all the technical stuff . Dave sold me the kit supossedly it can run 26 lbs boost. dont no , all i ever needed was 15 lbs that was LOTS! in the trees . About 50 G invested in the sled would like 12 g or close. was not ridden last year , sat at Alpine all winter , had dropped it off for maintenence then went south to ride my bike, Dusty Danser brought it back for me in the spring , no trailer anymore , Thanks Dusty! dont know how to post pictures on here but call if interested 403 8031295 the little woman can send pictures maybe she can figure this thing out. and post them here

Good luck with the sale JM. That is one kick ass chassis you got there, I have the 174 twin to it that I bought from NM. I wish I had the cash to put it in my trailer too. With a 174 3" that sled will run with ANYTHING. (For the lucky buyer, all it needs is a track, $200 tunnel cap and $500 rails to make a 174) I can appreciate the $$$$$ you have into that sled. The first time I rode that lowered Racers Edge chassis of Neil's, I knew I had to have it if he ever sold it. It is bar none the most comfortable, most balanced, responsive chassis I have ever ridden out of any sled. When the snow is 1-4 ft deep, there is no sled I'd rather be on, two stroke or four. I'm sorry you are packing it in, there are still alot of good peeps out there riding. This is by far, IMO, the best Apex for sale right now....
