received clutch ramps from toms snowmobile today, man are they light compared to stock 415 ramps, he says take a gram or so of pin weight out and should be ready to go, they have had numerious guys testing and this profile seams to works best, and made of allunmim...... hope they work out

had to send out a part on the airbox for a little tweaking, but hope to get the sled back tonight, still waiting on the seat... and some headlights and so to come in

The stock ramp should be 417-223-098....a 441 ramp, no? Interesting profile on Tom's ramp...is it turbo-specific?

dealer mechanic moved wiring off handle bars to consoul along with reverse, cleaned up excessive wiring and tidyed up, installed a few top end plastics, but still waiting on more plastic... come on brp...
still also waiting on c3 seat

installed handguards, cf bars and brake covers... took off over three ounces off the bmp ypipe

few buddys rode the tss etec turbo this last weekend in revy and stated that they had major intake issues with grabing coldair from the headlight area, so i stuck with the trusty location of last year that i know works...

bought a few cheap scales and lifted sled on...to see where we were at... just over 200kgs and that is with 15lbs of coolant and 12liters of fuel... but no seat or headlights

stuck in another 40liters of fuel in sled today for a total of close to 50 liters(sweet tank)

Aluminum clutch ramps? Am I reading that correctly? Won't they start to mushroom after a season? There is a lot of force on a clutch ramp

had it there all last year, it worked well there and never hit the knee.... and never pluged off in the deep, we will start with that location and see how it works out, plans are to move it up to the new air box once its made

brp has headlihghts for xm on backorder till the new year so we cut and modified the older xp headlight pods to work with the xm shroud, looks pretty good for a quick fix, few little things left and plan to get it out this weekend...

hmm curious, you getting any over revving when wacking the throttle? my sled hits rev limiter once then the clutches catch up, the rpms and power hits so darn fast and hard..., but i know i need more clutch weight so im going to try that and hope it helps prevent that split second over rev
