Can anyone tell me what the sledding conditions are typically like around valemount towards the end of december? was thinking about going around Xmas

In most cases its waist deep at that time of year. Give me a pm, email or call anytime to get direct updates once the season starts (begining of december)

im not too sure. if you want a gaurenteed good ride try heading up somewhere around janurary or so.

Same time 2008 -37C midday. The bit of snow that was there was so hardpacked coulda rode a quad to the top of any peak beyond the warm-up shack. My first 5 day trip to Vale was shortened by 4 days. :mad:18 hours on the road and the best snow was back here on the flatland. Went crazy in 8 inches of pow. Would post pics, but it's too depressing. Maybe next time.:(

Lets see one of the best sled destinations at the end of Dec? Make reservations cause you will be up to your azz in POW.:d:beer:

i remember that year, all of december was -40:eek: that sucked, but the sleds ran great !
